Job Summary
The Pre-Primary Main Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, and work closely with parents and the school leadership to ensure the holistic development of every child.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Promote children's overall development through activity-based and experiential learning.
- Assess and monitor each child's progress and maintain accurate academic records.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom displays.
- Encourage creativity, communication, and independent thinking among students.
- Maintain discipline using positive classroom management techniques.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic and developmental progress.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, celebrations, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure effective classroom functioning.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all students at all times.
Qualifications
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) – Mandatory.
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher in a recognized school.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education practices.
- Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and online teaching tools, if required).

Location
As assigned by the school management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
