We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and consistently achieving business targets.
This role requires a leader who can build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team while contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and training
- Conduct regular sales reviews, performance evaluations, and pipeline management
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for leadership
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Drive team productivity and maintain a performance-driven culture
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new sales team members
Required Experience:
✔ 6–7 years of overall sales experience in the EdTech industry
✔ Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing and leading sales teams
✔ Strong understanding of inside sales, consultative selling, and revenue management
✔ Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
✔ Experience working with EdTech organisations is mandatory
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation
Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset
Inside sales, consultative selling & revenue management
Ability to thrive in target-oriented environments
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
