Seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our premium Technogym showroom. The role is responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing boutique operations, and leading the team to achieve business goals while upholding the brand's luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the boutique team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Conduct premium product demonstrations and recommend customized fitness and wellness solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate new business through networking, referrals, and corporate partnerships.
- Oversee boutique operations, inventory, visual merchandising, and showroom presentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups and after-sales support.
- Support product launches, promotional events, and brand initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in luxury retail, fitness, wellness, or premium lifestyle sales with team management experience.
- Strong leadership, sales, customer relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
