Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern to support our sales and marketing team. The intern will assist in lead generation, customer outreach, market research, and promotional activities to help grow the business and build strong client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads through online research and social media platforms.
- Assist the sales team in reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and messages.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain customer and lead data in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings or demos.
- Help create presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Promote company services/products through digital marketing channels.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
- Confidence in speaking with customers.
- Social media and digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Business, Marketing, MBA, BBA, or related field.

Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
