We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Ticketing Executive with strong expertise in Amadeus and international fare management to handle complex travel requirements for corporate and HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international flight bookings, including ticketing, reissuance, and cancellations
- Provide clients with optimal fare options, routing solutions, and cost-effective travel plans
- Handle PNR creation, ticketing timelines, and coordinate closely with airlines for seamless operations
- Ensure adherence to airline regulations, fare rules, and internal compliance processes
- Process refunds, amendments, and schedule changes with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver high-quality service while managing complex itineraries for corporate and HNI clients
- Address client queries promptly and maintain exceptional service standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in air ticketing and reservations
- Mandatory expertise in Amadeus GDS
- Strong understanding of domestic and international fare structures, airline policies, and ticketing procedures
- Proven experience in handling corporate or HNI clientele will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
