About the School: Bagchi School of Public Health at Ahmedabad University is conducting an implementation research study on diabetes prevention in Rajasthan (Dungarpur & Udaipur Districts).
Role Summary
- Support community screening and identification of the study participants.
- Assist ASHA workers in lifestyle interventions.
- Conduct household visits and community meetings.
- Facilitate data collection.
- Ensure participant follow-up for 12 months.
- Support training sessions and documentation.
- Monitor data quality and ethical compliance.
- Submit weekly progress reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s level in public health / social sciences / nursing
- Experience in field-based or community health work (preferred)
- Ability to communicate in the local language (Rajasthani/Hindi)
- Possession of a valid driving license and a motorbike/scooter is a must.
- This is a completely field-based position. Only candidates willing to be stationed and travel to rural and tribal areas (Dungarpur and Udaipur) should apply.
