A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily progress reports.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain quality standards and conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Track material requirements and coordinate deliveries.
- Resolve on-site issues and report major concerns to management.
- Verify measurements and completed work for billing purposes.
- Maintain site records, attendance, and documentation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,397.48 per month
