- Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Design and prepare daily lesson plans, units, and instructional materials aligned with educational standards and school policies.
- Instruction & Classroom Management: Deliver engaging lectures and activities while establishing clear behavioral expectations and a supportive classroom culture.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Create, assign, and grade tests, quizzes, and projects; track individual student progress and report findings.
- Student Support: Provide one-on-one or differentiated instruction to accommodate students with diverse learning abilities and special needs.
- Parent & Community Communication: Regularly update parents or guardians on academic performance and behavioral milestones via meetings, emails, and progress reports.
- Extracurriculars: Supervise students during non-teaching hours and assist with school events, clubs, or field trips.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
