Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Handle bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance
- Maintain purchase and sales records
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for account-related queries
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, Zoho Books)
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Full Time role - 6 day/ week
Work Timings - 10 AM to 7:00 PM
On site Role - Office at World Trade Tower Makarba, Ahmedabad
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
