Position:- Logistics Executive – Inward & Outward Operations
Qualification – Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
Experience required- 3-4 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse or Dispatch operation.
CTC Budget- Negotiable
Job descriptions:-
Inward Logistics Responsibilities
- Coordinate receipt of incoming materials and goods.
- Verify delivery challans, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Inspect received goods for quantity and quality.
- Update inward entries in ERP/software/manual registers.
- Coordinate with stores, procurement, and quality departments.
- Ensure proper unloading and storage of materials.
- Track pending inward shipments and vendor deliveries.
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) documentation.
- Knowledge of SAP ( MM & WM)
- Outward Logistics Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate dispatch of finished goods/materials.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery status
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely shipment.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and delivery timelines.
- Track shipments and resolve transportation issues.
- Maintain outward registers and dispatch records Inventory and warehouse Coordination.
- Monitor stock levels and inventory movement.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain warehouse discipline and material organization.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Support warehouse audits and compliance activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
- Understanding of inward/outward documentation
- SAP knowledge preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic Excel and computer proficiency
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Time management and attention to details.
