Job Title: New Product Development (NPD) Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented New Product Development Executive to support end-to-end product development activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in vendor management, sourcing, and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and quality. A passion for innovation, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Innovation
- Support the development of new products from concept to launch.
- Conduct research on materials, trends, and innovations to contribute fresh ideas.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align product development with market needs.
Vendor Management & Sourcing
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors for raw materials, packaging, and services.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, timely supply, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and deliverables with suppliers.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Quality, R&D, Operations, and Procurement to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate timely communication and follow-ups across departments to meet project deadlines.
Compliance & Documentation
- Assist in ensuring that products meet regulatory, quality, and compliance standards (knowledge of compliance is a plus).
- Maintain proper documentation of specifications, formulations, samples, and approvals.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.
- Track progress of NPD projects and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
- Identify risks or bottlenecks and suggest solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in sourcing, vendor management, and cross-department coordination.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Creative mindset with passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized, proactive, and hardworking.
- Knowledge of compliance or regulatory processes is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
