- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, animation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong skills in motion design and animation using After Effects & Premiere Pro.
- Ability to create engaging static graphics, motion graphics, and reels.
- Experience with AI-powered design and video generation tools (Runway, Kaiber, D-ID, Midjourney, etc.) while also being comfortable with traditional design workflows.
- A portfolio showcasing expertise in both static and animated content
- Designing a mix of static and motion-based creatives for social media, marketing, and branding.
- Creating AI-generated reels and short-form video content while also working on traditional motion graphics.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaign creatives.
- Developing brand assets, presentations, and UI visuals.
- Editing and enhancing video content for various platforms.
- Ensuring a balance between AI-driven automation and hands-on design to maintain quality and creativity.
- Staying updated on design and AI trends to incorporate innovative approaches.
