Akshar Vision Arena (AVA) is a rapidly growing eye care and optical retail organization committed to delivering world-class vision care and customer experience. As we expand our footprint and prepare for multi-branch growth and franchising, we are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day business operations across all AVA locations.
Develop and implement SOPs to ensure operational excellence.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business performance.
Build and mentor high-performing teams.
Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency.
Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor management.
Work closely with the Founder & CEO on strategic planning and execution.
Support new branch launches and franchise development.
Ensure an exceptional patient and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, retail, optical, pharmacy, diagnostics, hospitals, or multi-location businesses.
Demonstrated success in managing large teams and improving business performance.
Strong financial, operational, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
