We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming travel enquiries, calling potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads received from digital marketing platforms
- Understand client travel requirements and suggest suitable packages
- Provide clear information on pricing, itinerary, and services
- Convince and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain proper follow-up and customer relationship
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Confident in handling phone conversations
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations is a plus
