Hotel Karthika Park seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage our reception area and ensure a welcoming experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle reservations, bookings, and cancellations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries promptly
- Maintain front desk records, guest information, and reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BSc Hotel Management or equivalent)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a front office or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., PMS systems)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
