Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals. Coordinate with the external marketing agency for performance marketing, website management, and social media. Plan and manage exhibitions, Company Catalogues and promotional activities. Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging. Analyse market trends and competitor activities, sharing actionable insights with management. Guide and supervise the Marketing Agency in daily marketing related operations. Review and Reporting of Marketing Agency Deliverables on weekly and Monthly basis.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the building materials industry, particularly Govt Tenders. Analytical mindset to assess current market trends and client needs. Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) ● 1-2 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in manufacturing, B2B industries, or building material sector. ● Proven experience handling both online and offline marketing campaigns ● Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, social media ads, website analytics) and traditional media (print, events, exhibitions) ● Experience in PR writing, and media relationship management ● Skilled in working with external marketing agencies for creative, performance marketing, and digital assets ● Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including content review and brand messaging ● Ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
