Position: Senior Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, clients, and market segments to expand the company’s customer base.
- Manage and lead the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for effective execution of sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support and effective communication.
- Monitor sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline management to improve conversion rates.
- Represent the company at industry meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to handle sales targets and work under pressure.
- Good analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Prior experience in handling corporate clients and key accounts preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in spices, seasonings, or FMCG food products will be given preference.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
