Skills Required
- Must have worked on LTE/UMTS Modem protocol stack development or Debugging issues
- Must have worked on IMS related tech ( SIP/VOLTE/VOWIFI/VILTE/SMS )
- Should have worked on Configuration management tools like Gerrit/Git
- Must have worked with QXDM Chipsets/tools or MTP chipsets
- Preferable if worked on advanced tools like Wireshark
- Preferable to have knowledge on analyzing Throughput or Audio issues
- One of the Skill set mentioned in (1) or (2) above is sufficient. No need to have expertise in both
- Must know C, C++, LINUX. Preferable PYTHON
Responsibilities
- Should debug Mobile side issues from Modem protocol stack perspective
- Should Debug issues from LTE/UMTS protocol stack (OR) from IMS perspectives ( SIP/VOLTE/VOWIFI/VILTE/SMS )
- Should analyze the issues from end to end and locate the module/area of the issue
- Should raise a support ticket with Qualcomm or MTK and follow up till the issue is fixed or root caused
- Following suggestion from Qualcomm /MTP should be able to make appropriate fix, if necessary
- Should interact with team members to know the similar issues those were observed in earlier products and take decisions accordingly
- Should interact with other components like RIL/FrameWork while root causing the issues
- Should Analyze/root cause Critical Milestone issues with in 24 Hrs
BE / B.Tech (CSE), ME/M.Tech. (ECE/EEE/IT) or any equivalent qualification.
