Job Overview
Zaoq is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Guest Relation Executive to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and experience in guest handling within a restaurant/hospitality environment.
The role involves managing guest interactions, handling reservations, addressing customer queries and feedback, coordinating with the restaurant team, and ensuring smooth service from guest arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with a warm and professional approach
- Ensure excellent guest experience throughout their visit
- Manage table reservations, bookings, and guest seating coordination
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and special requests effectively
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth guest service
- Provide information about menu items, waiting time, and restaurant services
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain guest records and daily reports
- Assist in resolving guest complaints and escalate issues when required
- Support billing and payment coordination with the restaurant team
- Maintain a clean and organized guest reception area
- Build positive relationships with regular customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge
- 2–3 years of experience as a Guest Relation Executive / Front Desk Executive / Receptionist in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setup
- Good understanding of guest service operations and hospitality standards
- Basic knowledge of restaurant reservations and billing coordination
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy hours
- Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills
