Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production operations.
- Execute manufacturing batches as per approved formulations and production instructions.
- Supervise and lead a team of approximately 8 production personnel.
- Ensure quality, hygiene, safety, and process compliance.
- Maintain production records and batch documentation.
- Coordinate production planning for domestic and export orders.
- Support smooth dispatch and timely execution of export shipments.
- Assist in developing systems, SOPs, and process improvements.
Desired Skills
- Experience in food flavours, food ingredients, beverages, bakery ingredients, FMCG, chemical processing, or related industries.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Practical experience will be preferred over formal qualifications.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
