Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our retail textile operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions such as sales executives, floor managers, and branch staff, ensuring timely and quality hiring to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail store and corporate roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
- Manage walk-in drives and bulk hiring campaigns
2. Job Posting & Employer Branding
- Create and publish job postings on various platforms
- Promote job openings through social media and local channels
- Build a strong employer brand in the retail job market
3. Candidate Coordination
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer roll-out and joining formalities
4. Recruitment Planning & Reporting
- Coordinate with store managers to understand manpower requirements
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
5. Onboarding Support
- Assist in onboarding new hires
- Ensure proper documentation and joining formalities
- Coordinate induction programs for new employees

- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or any relevant degree
- Experience in retail recruitment is preferred

Pay: ₹9,351.50 - ₹30,943.26 per month
