Job Responsibilities
Manage and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for creative development.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.
Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and community growth across platforms.
Respond to comments, messages, reviews, and queries.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotional activities.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to support lead generation and branding initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Social Media Management.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.
Experience in content planning, scheduling, and community management.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media campaign management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Background Candidates with prior experience in:
Ayurveda Industry Healthcare Organizaions Hospitals Wellness Brands Healthcare Clinics Medical Industry will be given preference.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
