Position: HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring (Non-IT)
Salary: Up to ₹6,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk Non-IT hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Requirements
- Fresher are aslo welcome.
- Experience in Bulk Hiring (Non-IT Recruitment) is preferable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection is required.
