Role Overview
The Business Development Executive is responsible for growing IndiMac Healthcare's referral network, generating leads from hospitals, clinics, and community sources, and building long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, diagnostic centres, and allied health professionals. This is a field-intensive role requiring regular outdoor visits and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
REFERRAL NETWORK DEVELOPMENT
- Visit doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, and surgical item suppliers regularly to build strong referral pipelines.
- Register doctors, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals on the IndiMac platform for teleconsultation and as associated service providers.
- Develop and maintain a master database of all referral partners including name, organisation, city/area, contact, type, date of contact, leads generated, and last communication date.
- Make scheduled courtesy calls to doctors and referral sources who have sent patients and strengthen long-term relationships.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Confident field presence and ability to engage medical professionals
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in daily reporting
- Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and Basic English
- Basic proficiency in WhatsApp, Computer
- Understanding of home healthcare, patient care, or medical services preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
