Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to support our HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, payroll support, and daily HR operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up).
Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist with attendance and leave management.
Support payroll data collection and documentation.
Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Bachelor's degree with HR specialization.
Freshers or up to 1 year of HR experience.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HRMS is an added advantage.
