As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to expanding our customer base while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Role Overview
As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with prospective customers, managing leads throughout the sales funnel, and supporting business development initiatives. Based out of our Hyderabad city office, you will work closely with the Head of Business Development & Strategy while coordinating with the on-ground resort sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is comfortable using technology to improve efficiency. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply, as are professionals with experience in hospitality, real estate, or customer-facing sales roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
- Manage and track leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Schedule property visits, meetings, and customer appointments.
- Coordinate closely with the on-ground resort sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and an excellent customer experience during site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, contracts, and reports using CRM systems and internal databases.
- Organize and manage business documents, ensuring information is accurate, updated, and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Support business development activities, partnerships, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operational coordination.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or customer-facing sales roles is an added advantage.
Required Skills
