Position Title: Project & Admin. Coordinator
Location: Work from Office, Aerospace Park, Devenahalli, Bangalore
Work hours – Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project & Admin Coordinator with 1-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist the project heads/manager organise ongoing projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
o Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
o with the help of the Vice President, overseeing project processes and procedures; and monitoring the productivity and performance of the project team.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
- Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordination: Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Tracking: Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Track and report on project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Communication: Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed about the progress of the project. Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g., assigned tasks and next steps).
- Support: Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of project operations including travel management, calendar management, booking meetings etc
Good to have :
- Tools: Utilize project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project & admin coordination or a related role.
