Job Overview
Henceforth Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing professional with strong expertise in SEO, team handling, and client communication.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing SEO strategies, handling client reporting, leading a team, and understanding modern AI/LLM-driven marketing approaches. Knowledge of SMM, PPC, and content strategy will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the Digital Marketing team effectively
Plan and execute SEO strategies for multiple projects
Perform On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities
Conduct website audits and optimize performance
Handle client communication and manage project discussions professionally
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and presentations
Build and implement LLM/AI-driven content and search strategies
Coordinate with content, design, and development teams
Support basic SMM, PPC, and content marketing activities
Monitor website rankings, traffic, and campaign performance
Stay updated with latest Google algorithm updates and digital trends
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO)
Team Management & Leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Client handling and reporting expertise
Understanding of AI/LLM SEO strategies
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Basic understanding of :
SMM
PPC Campaigns
Content Writing & Marketing
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant Digital Marketing experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and presentation skills
Experience working with international clients is a plus
