Job title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai
Job Profile: The Executive Assistant manages the daily activities of the executive office. This involves handling complex calendars, organizing meetings, managing confidential communication, and executing special projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and flawless communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
2. Communication & Correspondence
- Review, sort, and draft emails, letters, and memos on behalf of the executive.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal teams, clients, board members, and external partners.
3. Travel & Logistics
4. Meeting Preparation & Documentation
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, executive team retreats, and events.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, briefs, and presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote).
- Attend high-level meetings to take accurate minutes, track action items, and follow up with responsible parties to ensure deadlines are met.
5. Project Management & Research
- Conduct background research on companies, industry trends, or potential partners ahead of strategic meetings.
- Oversee or assist with special projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are maintained.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred (but equivalent experience is highly valued).
- Experience: Typically 3–5+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
