Job Description – Multi-Role Executive
Position: BDE / Sales Executive / Telecaller / Video Editor / SEO & Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calling, WhatsApp, social media and online platforms.
- Contact potential customers and explain the company’s products and services.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
- Schedule meetings, demos or site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up and sales records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Create and edit promotional videos, reels and social media content.
- Design basic marketing creatives, thumbnails and short advertisements.
- Manage social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Perform basic SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO and content optimization.
- Upload blogs, videos and website content with proper titles, descriptions and keywords.
- Run basic digital marketing campaigns through social media and online platforms.
- Monitor website traffic, social media performance and lead-generation reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotions and campaigns.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of sales, telecalling and customer follow-up.
- Basic video-editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or Filmora.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, MS Excel, CRM and WhatsApp Business.
- Creative thinking and content-planning skills.
- Target-oriented, responsible and self-motivated.
Qualification
- 12th pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, video editing, SEO or digital marketing will be preferred.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
