Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography
- Capture high-quality product photographs for sarees and other textile products.
- Conduct model/ mannequin shoots, catalogue shoots.
- Edit and retouch images for websites, catalogues, marketplaces, and social media.
- Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all visual content.
Videography & Reels
- Shoot and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Create behind-the-scenes, styling, product showcase, and trend-based content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and convert them into brand-specific content.
- Produce videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing.
Creative Direction
- Plan and execute in-house studio shoots.
- Develop concepts, mood boards, shot lists, and creative themes.
- Ensure every campaign aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.
Studio Management
- Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and studio accessories.
- Maintain photography and videography equipment.
- Organize digital assets, photos, and video libraries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in fashion photography, videography, or content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography and short-form video work.
- Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and professional lighting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social media trends.
- Strong storytelling, composition, lighting, and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple creative projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion, apparel, sarees, textiles, or e-commerce photography.
- Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and basic animation.
- Experience directing models and planning fashion shoots.
- Ability to generate fresh creative ideas and execute them efficiently.
Pay: ₹10,083.60 - ₹25,000.00 per month
