Location: Viman-nagar, Pune Job Type: Full-Time Job Role We are looking for a smart and responsible Office Administrator to manage daily office work, handle client coordination, prepare quotations, and support billing & documentation for construction/PEB projects. Key Responsibilities 1.Make calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries Maintain office files, records, and project documents. 2.Record employee attendance. Prepare quotations. 3.Generate GST invoices and billing, track payments 4.Maintain expenses, purchase records, and petty cash 5.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and site team 6.Manage office supplies and daily administrative work Prepare reports and data in Excel Requirements Graduate (Commerce ,CIvil, Mechanical Field) Basic knowledge of GST billing & invoicing Good skills in MS Excel & MS Word Strong communication skills Basic understanding of construction terms is a plus Organized, responsible, and good at follow-ups Experience 1–3 years preferred Immediate joinner

Pay: ₹9,687.43 - ₹29,081.01 per month
