WHAT YOU WILL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- Drive employee engagement and relations
- Handle attendance, payroll coordination & compliance
- Coordinate training & development programs
- Maintain HR documentation and HRMS records
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Bachelor's / MBA in HR or related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR compliance
- Proficiency in HRMS / payroll software
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Freshers with strong HR fundamentals are welcome to apply
