POSITION SUMMARY:
BOT VFX, a visual effects services company with global clients, is looking for a Render Wrangler as a full-time Permanent role. The position is based out of Chennai.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring and managing render queues, prioritizing tasks to meet strict project deadlines.

Troubleshooting and resolving rendering issues to optimize render efficiency and throughput.

Collaborating with the VFX team to ensure the seamless integration of all rendered elements.

Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and team members regarding render status and technical issues.

Assisting in the development and refinement of render workflows and pipeline improvements.

Providing technical support and guidance to other team members to ensure stable render outputs.

Managing resource allocation across the render farm to prevent bottlenecks during peak production periods.
REQUIRED SKILLS

0-2 years of experience in a render wrangler or similar role within a VFX or animation studio.

Proficiency in industry-standard rendering software and a solid understanding of VFX workflows.

Basic understanding of network environments and data management.

Strong problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities to fix technical errors.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team coordination.
