We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our premium watch showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable branded watches
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, and brand value
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and attractive product displays
- Keep up-to-date with new collections, trends, and brand knowledge
- Manage inventory and report stock requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
- Proven experience in retail sales (luxury or watch segment is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and grooming standards
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, POS systems)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Sales-driven with a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
