Role & Responsibilities
- Counsel students on courses, career options, and training programs
- Handle walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain student database and regular communication
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience as an Academic Counsellor / Education Consultant
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle students and parents confidently
- Target-oriented mindset
Preferred
- Experience in EdTech / Training Institutes
- Proven track record in student conversions
- Good English communication
