Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹6,000 per month (Transportation Allowance)

About the Role
Bytewave Technology is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and onboarding. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring and recruitment updates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment and HR activity reports.
- Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and other administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BCA, BA, or any Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
