About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven freshers who are eager to start their careers in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other lead generation platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate lead information.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to support business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets related to outreach and lead generation.
Requirements
- BBA, MBA or any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
- 2026 pass-outs are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of the Business Development Executive (BDE) role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
