A Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for Building Material Products is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing customer relationships within an assigned geographical territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Generate business from contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and project sites.
- Promote building material products such as construction chemicals, tile adhesives, waterproofing solutions, grouts, and admixtures.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to support sales activities.
