Job Description:
- Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle database environments (19c and above)
- Create and manage database objects such as tables, indexes, views, and stored procedures
- Continuously monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies
- Manage database backup, restore, and recovery processes (RMAN, cold/hot backups)
- Implement and maintain database security policies, user roles, and access controls
- Configure and manage high availability solutions such as Data Guard, RAC, and ASM
- Troubleshoot database issues, performance bottlenecks, and system failures
- Perform patching, upgrades, and capacity planning
- Collaborate with development and application teams for database optimization
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams
- Maintain proper documentation for database configurations and processes
Shift :
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts and database architecture.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle
- Good understanding of backup & recovery strategies.
- Experience in performance tuning and query optimization.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows server environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and scripting (Shell / SQL) is a plus.
