Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai, Mira-Bhayandar & Thane
Preferred Candidates: Residing between Virar and Borivali (Western Line)
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits across Mumbai, Mira-Bhayandar, and Thane.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for lift servicing and AMC contracts.
- Meet builders, housing societies, commercial property owners, facility managers, and developers.
- Promote the company's elevator installation, maintenance, and servicing solutions.
- Perform cold calling, follow-ups, and client meetings to generate business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Collect required documents, approvals, agreements, and payments from clients.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Follow up on pending payments and contract renewals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
✔ 6 months to 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales
✔ Good communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Comfortable with field work and client visits
✔ Own Bike/Scooty is mandatory (Travel allowance provided)
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
