Job Overview:
McDermott requires an IAM Administrator to support our Saviynt Cloud IAM platform. The implementation of Saviynt IAM tool is to ensure an excellent employee onboarding and offboarding experience while supporting our regulatory requirements. This is a crucial role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of identity and access management solutions using the Saviynt platform. The role will partner with various IT and business functions to understand Business Use cases, design workflows and integrations, identify process improvements, access management gaps as well as implement technical solutions within McDermott's Saviynt tenant. Due to the criticality and partnership needs of the role, the admin should pay attention to accuracy and detail with excellent verbal and written communication. This position will work as a member of the Global Application Support team and will interface with the Cyber Security Team, various Application subject matter experts, Infrastructure Team and IT Operations.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
McDermott is looking to deploy Saviynt as their key IGA solution. The key responsibilities of this position will be:
Serve as the technical expert for McDermott's Saviynt platform.
Responsible for development within the Saviynt platform to support business requirements.
Responsible for onboarding applications, develop, and implement system integrations and connectors, etc.
Create process and technical reference documentation.
Conduct periodic certification reviews for critical applications to ensure regulatory compliance.
Ensure project requirements support the overall IAM/IGA program.
Innovation through AI capabilities within and outside Saviynt
Conduct testing to ensure that changes made match requirements gathered from stakeholders.
Analyze data within Saviynt to provide recommendations to further support the IAM/IGA program.
Recommend solutions to streamline processes and create overall efficiency of the Saviynt product.
Manage upgrades, patching and maintenance of the IGA systems and testing deliverables.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of Saviynt Admin hands-on experience.
- Have good knowledge on Saviynt IGA architecture with hands on experience in employee & application onboarding/offboarding, implementing workflows, SOD, certifications, audit reporting etc
- Hands on experience on OOTB Saviynt connectors, Custom JARS and other Integration tools.
Experience with enterprise directory solutions (Active Directory, MIM, Azure, HR Sources, etc.)
- Familiar with PowerShell Scripts, JSON, SQL
- Overall exposure on Identity & access management of 7- 8 years (Required)
- Awareness of IT Controls (General Controls, SOX, ISO).
Ability to troubleshoot and fix the issues within team and with Saviynt support team.
