Position: Tender Manager Civil and MEP
Key Responsibilities: Will be responsible for managing the tendering process for projects, from identifying opportunities to submitting bids.
- Research: Identify potential contracts and government tender opportunities
- Evaluate: Evaluate bids, including costs, rates, and specifications
- Create strategies: Work with stakeholders to create winning strategies using market intelligence and capability assessment
- Prepare proposals: Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals that meet client requirements and company guidelines
- Coordinate: Coordinate with various departments to gather information and ensure deadlines are met
- Review: Review and edit tender documents to ensure compliance with requirements
- Submit: Submit the final tender to the client or authority
- Responsible for finding government tenders for infrastructure projects, and leading the process from sourcing to bid submission.
- Define technical solutions, methodologies, and execution strategies
- Draft work schedules
- Perform cost calculations and project budgeting

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
