- Plan, execute, and monitor cement plant construction projects from inception to completion.
- Lead project execution activities including civil, mechanical, structural, and equipment installation works.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, contractors, vendors, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle risk assessment, issue resolution, and corrective action planning.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved cost and quality standards.
- Supervise site operations and maintain productivity targets.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve milestones and operational excellence.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
