Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately identify vehicle issues.
- Service Scheduling: Schedule appointments for vehicle service and repairs.
- Estimating and Approval: Provide customers with estimates for repairs and services, and get their approval to proceed.
- Communication and Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, keeping them informed about the progress of their service. They also communicate with technicians to ensure work orders are understood.
- Parts and Billing: Order necessary parts and collect payments after repairs are completed.
- Vehicle Delivery: Return the repaired vehicle to the customer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
