We are looking for a Recruitment Executive with 2–3 years of experience in hiring for sales, marketing, and technical roles.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, and comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to general HR activities will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, marketing, and technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain candidate trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support offer discussions, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
- Understand hiring requirements from internal teams and translate them into clear search criteria.
- Support basic HR activities such as onboarding coordination, employee documentation, HR trackers, attendance coordination, and employee engagement when required.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Must have experience hiring for sales and marketing roles.
- Experience hiring for technical/IT positions is required.
- Good understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to assess English communication, confidence, attitude, and role fit.
- Comfortable working with hiring trackers and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and close positions within timelines.
- Exposure to general HR activities will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in agency recruitment, staffing, B2B, IT, SaaS, digital marketing, or sales hiring is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
