Job description:
Team Leadership:
· Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
· Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
Recruitment Strategy:
· Oversee recruitment processes tailored to meet the specific needs of IFM services for both government and private clients.
· Collaborate with HR Recruiters to develop effective sourcing and selection strategies that attract top talent in the industry.
Training and Development:
· Work with HR Trainers to design and implement comprehensive training programs that ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
· Focus on compliance training and client-specific training to meet industry standards and client requirements.
Payroll Management:
· Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing by overseeing the HR Payroll team, with a keen understanding of industry-specific compensation structures.
· Address payroll-related inquiries promptly and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Policy Development:
· Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with industry standards and comply with legal requirements, particularly within the context of government contracts.
· Stay informed about changes in employment law and industry regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
Employee Relations:
· Promote a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies, addressing concerns and managing conflict resolution.
· Facilitate communication between management and staff, ensuring transparency and engagement.
Performance Management:
· Oversee the performance appraisal process, collaborating with department heads to align individual performance with organizational goals.
· implement performance improvement strategies to enhance overall employee productivity and satisfaction.
Reporting and Analytics:
· Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR initiatives.
· Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management regarding HR activities, challenges, and opportunities. Any other task given by the management from time to time.
Educational Qualification of an HR Manager (In Short):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Master’s Degree like MBA in HR (preferred )
