About the Role -
HR Recruiter to source Teachers for their educational Initiatives in Municipal Schools in Mumbai and outside Mumbai. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of the job market, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and Management.
Key Responsibility:
Sourcing & Recruitment
1. Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
2. Build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
3. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Working Days:
Mon – Fri, 9:00 am – 6:00pm
