Max Holidays India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager with strong knowledge of Visa Processing, Passport Handling, and Travel Insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end visa processing and documentation.
- Manage passport-related queries and applications.
- Coordinate travel insurance services for clients.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities.
- Communicate with clients regarding travel documentation requirements.
- Maintain records and ensure timely processing of applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in travel operations.
- Strong knowledge of Visa, Passport, and Travel Insurance processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation handling.
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.
