Job Description
A Production Manager oversees event production planning, fabrication coordination, vendor management, sourcing, and operational execution for events, weddings, activations, and experiential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise production activities for corporate events, weddings, stage setups, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Coordinate fabrication, installations, decor execution, technical setups, and venue production requirements.
- Prepare, create, and share quotations, cost estimates, and service proposals based on client requirements and event specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate pricing, budgeting, and timely submission of quotations.
- Manage vendors, manpower, materials, timelines, and onsite execution processes.
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, warehouse, logistics, and client servicing teams.
- Monitor production quality, safety standards, and execution efficiency.
- Handle budget utilization, procurement coordination, and operational troubleshooting.
- Source materials, decor elements, fabrication requirements, and production resources with strong awareness of the local market and vendor network.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Execute onsite event operations and live execution management
Experience : Mid Level 4–6 Years
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Production Management, Operations, or Event Management
Requirements / Skills
- Strong production and operations management skills
- Vendor and manpower management expertise
- Knowledge of fabrication materials and event infrastructure
- Sourcing knowledge and awareness of local market vendors and production resources
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines efficiently
- Strong coordination and communication skills
